As a customer service we will honor a refund request provided you submit the request within 24 hours of your initial subscription payment or within 24 hours of any auto-renewal payment. Otherwise, due to the nature of our product and your immediate, full access to our premium services after purchase, we’re not able to provide refunds. We strive to treat all customers fairly and hope that you see the value in your purchases with us. If there are extenuating circumstances that warrant a refund, please submit your request by support@betql.co and we will consider your request on a case-by-case basis.
